The principle of Yin and Yang seem simple but is a principle of the world and a law for everything. I am going to explain the principle of Yin and Yang related to food and health.
Everything in the world consists of both Yin and Yang elements, so even characteristics of food can be divided into two groups. In other words, nutrition belongs to Yang, which produces energy, blood and body, while something that decomposes those things belongs to Yin ; 80% of all food belongs to Yang.
As for taste, sweet, savory and hot tastes form nutrition and belong to Yang; bitter and salty tastes decompose fat and protein, and therefore belong to Yin . In addition, tangy and gory tastes belong to neutrality and detoxify uric acid or various toxins. A healthy diet means maintaining a proper balance between Yin with Yang. If you ingest too much food with the Yang element, the density of blood becomes thick and impedes circulation of blood. In other words, too much high protein might cause a lack of blood. Therefore our body also needs food that breaks down nutrition.
In fact, keeping a balance is not so easy, but we need remember that eating meat and vegetables together is important.
I would like to add one more thing about the importance of ¡°unsaturated fat¡±. Since learning the concept of medicine based on the law of nature, I have a gift for being able to tell someone's health condition in a very short time, around three seconds. When I went to Japan, I carefully examined Japanese people who were 30 years of age or older. I found only one in 10 patients based on my personal theory, while we have 7 out of 10 patients. I had been wondering what made the difference and finally came to the conclusion that eating habits made the biggest difference. Japanese people eat a lot of vegetables, unsaturated fat from fish and drink copious amounts of green tea. They also eat small portions. Of their eating habits, drinking green tea is the foundation of a healthy diet.
Green tea has properties of Yin , which decomposes fat and protein, so it is needed to keep balance. You might wonder if green tea is good for everybody. It is not. It is good for only those whose stomachs work normally. The stomach is protected by gastric juice, but green tea decomposes the gastric juice since it has Yin properties. Coffee has similar properties, so neither is good for patients who with stomach problems. If gastric juice is decomposed, the affected part of the stomach will be exposed to food directly. For those patients, functional recovery of stomach is the best way to solve the problem, #2 and #3 point will work for those patients.
I believe restrictions on food is not as important in the treatment as is in Western medicine since the treatment can remove all poisonous substances from the body. Therefore, you don't need to calculate calories nor repress your appetite. Usually a healthy body tends to crave a food that is nutritionally lacking in the body. However, for patients, the body craves food that can be harmful.
We eat food with agricultural chemicals and insecticides in it. It seems that making money is more important than other people's health. In reality, it is almost impossible to be healthy in this modernized world, especially in a big city. Under those circumstances, the Shimcheon Phlebotomy is the only way to protect our bodies from all kinds of disease. Stress, poisonous substances, environmental pollution and antibiotics forms blood stasis in our body, and in order to recover from any illness or prevent your body from illness, it is the fastest and safest way to remove the blood stasis.
Now, it is your choice whether you want allow yourself deeper pain or start the treatment with confidence and get back your health. |
